We sincerely believe that our spring water is a gift – and not only because it’s from Texas.

 All human beings settle where there is water. But when fortune is smiling upon them, they settle where there is spring water, the best source of alkaline water.

Going back over 12,000 years, the springs drew the Paleao, Payana, Tonkawa and Apache tribes to the area. Then, in 1535, came the first European, Spanish conquistador Cabeza de Vaca, who paved the way for the missionaries. How amazing it must have been to behold water with a hint of blue to it.

In 1716, Isidro Félix de Espinosa explained it in his diary this way:

"It is classed as the first water among the gems of the world, the effect is overpowering, it is beyond your possible conceptions of a spring.”

It’s a gift, alright.
